摘要/Abstract

摘要： 提出了基于设计仓库的客户驱动的敏捷定制设计方法体系。设计仓库能及时准确地向设计人员提供产品开发所需的信息与帮助，客户和设计人员通过网络入口（企业门户）进行定制和设计。方案确认后，再经过制造准备、供应链集成与生产等系统完成定制产品。主要描述了基于知识的资源信息化、集成化的定制设计方法和技术。在客户驱动下，利用产品开发向导、网上智能产品配置器及基于虚拟样机的产品展示与分析工具，实现产品敏捷定制设计与并行协同设计。

Abstract: An agile customization method driven by customer and based on design repository is proposed. Design repository provides designers with the product development information and help on time accurately. Customers and designers can customize and design product through web entrance(enterprise portal). A design blueprint according to customers need can be come true by product manufacturing preparation and producing supply chain integration system. The knowledge based configuration design method and technology is introduced in details. With the help of Product Developing Wizard, web based intelligent configurator, and virtual prototyping display and analysis tools, the concurrent agile product design can be realized.
