摘要： 随着通信业的飞速发展，通信产品开发过程的改进日益受到业界关注。提出了通信制造业中结合软件能力成熟度模型的集成产品开发模式，研究了集成产品开发框架的关键元素，分析了该模式下的产品开发过程。针对通信产品开发的特点，研究了企业中如何结合软件能力成熟度模型实施集成产品的开发。最后指出了集成产品开发的实施过程及其要点。试点项目证明，集成产品开发是通信制造业有效的产品开发方法。

Abstract: An Integrated Product Development (IPD) method combined with the software Capacity Maturity Model (CMM) is presented. The key elements in the framework of IPD are explored, and the product development process under the framework is discussed. Aiming at the features of telecommunication product, the integration between IPD and CMM is studied. At last the deployment of IPD is addressed and some key issues are pointed out.The pilot projects proved that the IPD is an effective method for the telecommunication product development.
