摘要: 供应链合作伙伴关系的管理是一个复杂的过程,为此,将供应链合作伙伴关系管理分为伙伴需求分析、伙伴信息收集、伙伴选择和伙伴跟踪管理四个阶段。在伙伴需求分析阶段运用价值链分析方法找出企业自身的核心能力和需要伙伴提供的核心能力,将伙伴选择过程分为基于数据挖掘的快速过滤、组合优化和决策选择三个阶段,提出了基于合作满意度的伙伴跟踪管理方法。

Abstract: Managing the supply chain partnership is a complex process, so the process of partnership management in supply chain is divided into four stages: partner requirements analysis, gathering partner-related information, partner selection and partner-tracking management. At the stage of partner requirements analysis, the value chain analysis methods are used to find the enterprises core competences and the core competences that should be provided by partners. The process of partner selection is proposed to consist of three phases: rapid filtering based on data mining, combined optimization, making decisions about selecting partners. A method of partner-tracking management based on the index of cooperation satisfaction is also presented.
