摘要: 在产品概念设计过程中,引入数据挖掘技术和方法,提出了基于数据挖掘的全息虚拟产品概念设计模型,开发了数据挖掘工具,建立了面向产品概念设计方案生成的数据仓库;研究建立决策树算法的数据挖掘模型,以支持度为目标,实现从所建立的机械产品库、设计规则库、领域知识库中挖掘相关数据、信息和知识,从而极大地支持机械产品方案创新设计过程。以机床传动机构设计为例,说明了采用决策树方法的数据挖掘模型来实现机械产品概念设计的功能结构映射过程。

Abstract: The Data Mining technology is applied to the product conceptual design, and the dynamic and holographic virtual product conceptual design model based on Data Mining is presented. In this process, the Data Mining Tool is developed, the data warehouse for generating the product conceptual design schema is constructed, and the Data Mining Model based on the Decision Tree Algorithm is built. The data, information and knowledge are mined from the existed products database, design rule-base and domain knowledge base aiming at the supporting degree, thereby they effectually supported the schema creative design in the phase of product conceptual design. In the example of lathe driving mechanism, it is showed that the functions convert to product structures by the Data Mining model adopting the Decision Tree Algorithm.
