摘要: 陶瓷产品属于宽公差复杂曲面产品,其设计制造具有尺寸精度相对弱化、美学品质相对强化的特点。针对上述特点,设计开发了陶瓷产品及模具集成化CAD/CAM系统,包括逆向工程、虚拟产品设计、快速模具制造等三个功能分系统。研究了逆向工程、陶瓷虚拟产品设计及快速模具制造等关键技术。

Abstract: Ceramic product with complex surface and biggish tolerance usually cares much more about aesthetics than precision. An integrated CAD/CAM system is built to help develop ceramic products and their moulds. It includes three function-systems, which are reverse engineering system, virtual product design system and rapid mould manufacturing system. The key technologies involved are discussed.
