摘要: 飞机结构设计需要大量借鉴以往机型的设计方案。对设计知识的合理组织和重用是提高飞机结构设计效率的有效保障。研究了航空产品设计知识表示与重用技术,提出了一种基于实例的设计知识重用方法。通过对零件几何和非几何特征的组织构造实例的表示模型,采用基于相似度的实例检索算法,通过实例的检索获得符合设计制造要求的最佳匹配实例,并以某机型机翼长桁为例进行验证。

Abstract: Design history is helpful in aircraft structure design. Reasonably organizing and reusing design knowledge may contribute to aircraft design tasks. The paper studies the representation and reuse of aircraft design knowledge, and presents a case-based knowledge reuse method in structure design of aircraft components. Our method constructs the case representation by organizing the geometric and non-geometric features of parts, and adopts the similarity-based retrieving in case retrieval algorithm. A certain kind of parts on aircraft wing assembly is used as example to examine the algorithm.
