摘要: 为了对直接的制造过程进行评价,提出一种基于对生产过程的状态空间描述的面向过程的绿色制造过程评价体系。从加工对象状态转换的角度考察加工过程的方法,本身具有层次性及层次间的自相似性的特点,在此基础上 建立了对生产过程的绿色评价体系。这一评价体系适应火药柔性化生产的多品种、小批量、连续化的生产方式,为企业全面、细致、多角度考察产品制造过程绿色度、实行绿色制造提供了有力的工具。

Abstract: To assess the direct manufacturing process of powder, a new green manufacturing process assessing system is provided, which is based on the description of the process using a process-oriented state space method. Regarding the manufacturing process as the state changing process, the manufacturing process has the characteristics of hierarchy and self-resemblance, on which the assessing system is built. The proposed system is suitable for the flexible manufacture of power in the way of various, small,and continuous process, and provides a useful method for enterprises to check the green level of products manufacturing process comprehensively, meticulously, from different angles, and implement the green manufacturing.
