Abstract: To deal with the problems such as untimely information feedback,low treatment efficiency of abnormal production and poor control ability of dominant enterprises to outsourcing production,an networked real-time control and management system for outsourcing production schedule based on mobile terminal was presented by combining with advanced management thought of networked manufacturing and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).The overall solution of the system was established,and a real-time data collection and sharing of outsourcing production schedule information based on mobile terminal and early warning model of the outsourcing production schedule monitoring was researched.The proposed system was successfully applied in a manufacturing enterprise in Jiangsu province,and good results were obtained.
