摘要: 针对制造联盟企业或制造应用服务网成员的资源自治性、分布性、异构性和动态性特点,对制造企业联盟(或制造应用服务网成员)共享资源的整合与分配、分布式制造系统构建时资源的申请与分配调度,给出了一个有效解决方案。提出了联盟企业共享资源基于XML文档树全局整合的模式与整合方法、资源整合管理结构与服务代理机制,以及实现分布式制造系统的共享资源分配机制。设计了联盟企业的盟主企业,即网络化设计制造服务中心的服 务平台与共享资源库,以支持分布式制造的实现。

Abstract: The partner enterprises resources of the manufacturing enterprise alliances (or the manufacturing network) have characteristics such as autonomous, distributed, heterogeneous, dynamic, and so on. An effective solution for integrating and allocating the whole manufacturing enterprises alliances shared resources is put forward, applying and allocating-scheduling resources when the distributed manufacturing system builds. And the integration schema based on the XML archive tree model, the resource integration management structure and the service agent mechanism, and the allocation mechanism of the commonly shared resources of the alliance enterprises are given. Then a service platform and the shared resources database for the leader enterprise of the alliance enterprises to support the realization of the distributed manufacturing are presented.
