摘要: 为了提高企业售后服务系统的适用性和通用性,建立了一个基于多智能体的敏捷售后服务系统。首先分析敏捷虚拟企业环境下企业对售后服务系统的需求,以及他和传统企业售后服务系统的差异,然后建立由数据层、业务对象层、协同层和访问层四个层次组成的系统框架结构。实现该系统涉及的关键技术包括智能Agent结构设计、Agent之间的协同机制和系统对动态企业模型的支持方法。该系统能够自主地适应企业组织结构和业务流程的动态变化,支持企业流程的快速再造。

Abstract: To improve the applicability and universality of enterprises after-sales service system, a multi-agent based agile after-sales service system was established. Firstly, the requirements of after-sales service system in agile virtual enterprise environment were analyzed, and the differences of after-sales service system between agile virtual enterprises and traditional enterprises were expounded. Then, a system framework with four layers (i.e. data layer, business object layer, cooperation layer and user interface layer) was built. To implement the system, some key technologies needed to be applied, including structure design of intelligent agent, cooperation mechanism among agents and support to dynamic enterprise model. The system can adapt to the dynamic changes of enterprises organizations and business processes independently, and support rapid reconfiguration of business process.
