云制造环境下设备资源的多目标优化选择

摘要: 为有效地对云制造环境下的异地设备资源进行优化选择,提出一种面向设备资源组合服务链的优化选择方法。建立了以时间最短、成本最低、可靠性最高为目标的设备资源选择模型;利用改进的带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法对模型进行求解,再用层次分析法与熵值法相结合的最优决策方法对所求得的Pareto最优解集中的各设备资源组合进行综合评价。通过实例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: To achieve optimal selection of heterochthonous equipment resources in cloud manufacturing effectively,an optimal selection method for combination service chain of equipment resources was proposed.An equipment resource selection model based on shortest time,least cost and highest reliability was established.To solve the resource selection model,an improved fast elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm was adopted,and an optimal decision strategy based on combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method was used to evaluate each equipment resource portfolio of Pareto solution set obtained.An example was given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
