摘要: 为了解决设计云服务平台下虚拟协同网络团队成员的优选决策问题,提出基于成员综合表现信息的成员优选方法。从设计云服务平台虚拟协同工作流程入手,分析了设计云服务平台下虚拟协同网络团队的特点以及成员选择的原则问题。综合考虑候选成员的个人能力信息与协同合作能力信息,构建了基于成员综合表现信息的优选指标体系以及多目标优化模型,采用第二代加强Pareto进化算法进行求解,得到了该选择问题的Pareto最优解。以设计云服务平台上的设计任务手持电钻的设计开发为例,验证了该决策方法和算法的可行性、有效性与实际可操作性。

Abstract: To solve the member selection problem of virtual collaborative network team on design cloud service platform,a member optimal selection method based on member's comprehensive performance was proposed.By analyzing virtual collaborative network flow,the characteristics of virtual team and the principle of member optimal selection were considered.On this basis,a selection index system based on comprehensive performance of members was proposed,which included two types of information: individual performance and collaborative ones.A corresponding optimal mathematical model was established,and a Strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm 2 (SPEA2) was adopted to obtain the Pareto-optimal solution.An application example of handle drill submitted on the design cloud service platform was used to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.
