中低压开关柜行业智能工厂体系架构标准研究

摘要: 为了给各行业智能工厂的建设提供基本规范,总结了中低压开关柜行业制造工厂的一般性运行主流程,提出了该行业智能工厂的体系架构参考模型,从工厂结构、产品生命周期和智能功能3个维度描述了智能工厂的内涵特征,定义了智能工厂的11个组成系统及信息流模型。上述成果已形成中低压开关柜行业的智能工厂体系架构标准草案,将为该行业智能工厂的推广应用提供方向性指引。

Abstract: To meet the demands of establishing smart factories for middle and low-voltage switchgear assembly industry,a reference model on smart factory system architecture was proposed,in which the features of smart factory were described from three dimensions: the factory structure,the product life cycle and the smart function.Eleven subsystems and the information flow model were defined,which all formed the standard draft of smart factory architecture for middle and low-voltage switchgear assembly industry.
