电商供应链物流服务契约设计与协调

摘要: 电商与第三方物流供应商之间缺乏协调机制,为了找出有效的物流服务契约以协调由一个电商与一个第三方物流供应商组成的电商供应链,考虑物流服务水平与产品销售价格同时影响产品市场需求,分别假设产品销售价格外生与内生,研究物流服务契约的设计与协调问题。针对传统物流契约的不足,分别引入成本分担契约与收益共享契约,实现对电商与第三方物流供应商的协调。结果表明,成本分担契约能够实现产品价格外生下的供应链协调;收益共享契约能够实现产品价格内生下的供应链协调;成本分担比例与收益共享比例决定协调能否成功。数值实验调查了成本分担比例与收益共享比例对电商与第三方物流供应商期望利润的影响。

Abstract: Owing to lacking coordination mechanism between online-retailer and third party logistics supplier,to search the effective logistics service contract for coordinating the online-retailer supply chain consisted of one online-retailer and one third party logistics supplier,by considering the influence of both logistics service level and product price on the demand of product,the contract design and coordinate problems were addressed,which assumed the product price was exogenous and endogenous respectively.For the lack of traditional logistics contract,the cost-sharing contract and revenue sharing contract were introduced to achieve the coordination between online-retailer and third party logistics supplier.The results indicated that the cost-sharing contract could achieve the coordination of supply chain under exogenous price,the revenue sharing contract could achieve the coordination of supply chain under endogenous price,and the percentage of cost-sharing and revenue sharing determined the success of coordination.Numerical experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of percentage of cost-sharing and revenue sharing on the expected profit of online-retailer and third party logistics supplier respectively.
