摘要: 给出了一个支持并行工程的计算机辅助夹具自顶向下设计系统,该系统具有支持夹具概念设计和详细设计的能力。首先,给出了设计系统在并行工程环境下的运行模式,在该模式下系统分为支撑库、推理、模型演化和信息接口四部分。然后,用面向对象的的方法来表达夹具装配模型,使其具有从抽象到具体的演化能力。最后,给出了功能-特征-结构的三层结构二级映射的推理方法,使自顶向下设计中功能到结构的推理更加简单、有效,同时给出了对参数化结构模型和详细模型进行修改的过程与方法,并给出了一个Pro/E下开发的设计实例。

Abstract: A computer aided fixture design system (CAFDS) for concurrent engineering (CE) is presented, it is able to implement fixture design process from conceptual design to detailed design. First, a scheme of CAFDS for CE is given, and the scheme includes four parts: supporting database, reasoning, model evolution and information interface. Then an object oriented (O-O) fixture assembly model is discussed, which can evolve from abstract state to concrete state. Finally, an effective reasoning method for TOP-DOWN design with function-feature-form mapping is described, meanwhile, a modification method for assembly model is proposed and an example is developed under Pro/E environment.
