摘要: 为提升供应链的整体绩效,设计适当的协调机制,使局部决策与整体目标相一致,基于协调理论,提出了资源共享、物流和时序三类供应链依赖关系,并通过相关的供应链优化模型将三类依赖关系形式化为关联约束。利用供应链模型的加可分性结构,基于拉格朗日松弛技术和次梯度算法构造一种优化协调机制,该协调机制通过松弛关联约束将模型分解为成员独立的子问题,并通过次梯度算法迭代更新拉格朗日乘子以协调成员局部决策。此外,相应于次梯度算法的实现方式,提出两种分布协调结构。

Abstract: To achieve effective supply chain management under distributed decision structure, some proper coordination scheme is needed to align the local decisions with the overall objectives. Based on coordination theory, three types of dependencies among supply chain members, i.e., resource dependency, logistics dependency, and temporal dependency, were presented. These dependencies were formulated as coupling constraints in relevant supply chain optimization models. By exploring the additive separability of these models, an optimized coordination scheme was developed based on Lagrangian relaxation and sub-gradient algorithm, where the monolithic supply chain models were decomposed into member-wise sub-problems by relaxing the coupling constraints, and the members local decisions were coordinated through the iterative updating of Lagrangian multipliers using sub-gradient algorithm. In addition, two coordination frameworks were proposed corresponding to the two implementing ways of sub-gradient algorithm.
