摘要: 对零件进行了功能和物理特性分析,得到了零件之间的交互值并形成了关系矩阵,采用层次分析法对影响模块形成的因素进行了权重分配;基于模糊树图方法对产品模块进行了合理、有效的划分,并应用基于多专家的综合评判法对取不同阈值的模块划分结果进行方案评价;结合典型实例说明了该文提出的设计方法可以解决面向大规模定制的产品模块化形成问题。与其他优化算法相比,基于模糊树图理论的模块形成方法可以对产品进行有效、合理的模块划分,具有良好的适应性和通用性;基于多专家的模糊综合评判方法可以对模块的划分方案进行科学的决策,得到的最优设计方案符合机械产品的设计规律。

Abstract: Components were analyzed hierarchically according to their functions and structure correlations so as to generate relationship matrix corresponding to their interactive values. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to distribute weights among factors, which would influence modular design. Afterwards, modules were rationally clustered based on fuzzy dendrogram representation method. In addition, the comprehensive evaluation method was employed to carry out the scheme selection procedure concerned with diverse thresholds. Combining with a concrete mechanical example, the systematic approach could be well adapted to the generation of product modularization for mass customization. Compared with other optimal algorithm, it endows with some characteristics such as simplicity and superiority.
