摘要: 为了满足知识的创新和发展对知识管理的需求,提出了层次化的工程设计知识管理体系,进行了工程设计类知识管理分析,给出了层次化的工程设计知识管理体系框架,将其描述为通过管理工具层、基本操作层、深度加工层和知识集成层,对结构化、半结构化以及非结构化知识进行管理和集成。指出工程设计知识管理的关键技术主要集中在各类知识的描述、知识单元间关联的分析、知识单元的管理操作方法以及各类知识管理工具的开发。以不同类型的显性知识为基本对象,分析了设计知识的基本单元,研究了公式类、约束类、模糊规则类以及隶属函数类的设计知识描述规范,扩展了对知识的操作手段和方法。开发了一些知识管理工具并在实际工程项目中进行了应用和验证。

Abstract: Management object for design knowledge in engineering contains product knowledge and design process knowledge, as well as information of expert with design knowledge. Product design knowledge management can be described as hierarchical architecture; its four layer is management tool layer and basic management layer, as well as high processing layer and knowledge integration layer. The key technology contains the description of design knowledge and the relationship between the knowledge element, as well as operation method to knowledge and management tool development. The basic element of design knowledge is analysis; some technologies and management tools had been researched and developed for formula type knowledge and constraint type knowledge, as well as fuzzy rule type knowledge and function member type knowledge. These tools had been used and verified in fuel-pump and compressor design.
