基于评价的信息系统价值促生模式研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为了更好地促进和保障信息系统建设过程的价值实现，提出了一种基于评价的信息系统价值促生模式。该模式以现有信息系统价值管理理论存在的价值实现过程与影响因素分析不足、方法独占性过强及可操作性不强三个问题为突破点，以全过程的评价作为主框架，把信息系统建设管理中精辟但又分散的理论结合到一起，合力提高信息系统整体价值的实现程度。该模式可以有效弥补信息系统项目管理的不足，与项目管理、项目监控等互相融合，贯穿于信息系统全生命周期中，积极促进和保障整体价值的实现。

Abstract: In order to facilitate and guarantee the value realization in information system implementation process, an active information system (IS) value realization model based on evaluation was put forward. There were three problems existing in the traditional IS value management researches that include: short of systematic IS value realization process and factors analysis, excessively monopolized method and lack of maneuverability. This model employed full cycle evaluation as the main framework, integrated incisive but disperse information system investment management research into one model, improved the whole realized value of information system collectively. This model could remedy the deficiencies of information system project management in the whole life cycle of information system; combined with project management & project monitor activities to facilitate and guarantee the implementation of IS value actively.
