摘要: 对供应链系统的管理,关键在于对例外事件的及时处理,以确保系统的正常运作。为迅速发现供应链系统中的例外事件并协同处理,达到快速响应、提高竞争力的目的,提出了供应链例外管理系统。该系统将供应链管理的焦点集中到对一组流程关键节点的例外控制上,以量化的性能指标为基础来构建一套信息、过程与人的集成框架和一套可配置、可扩展的软件架构,并通过一个例外管理的流程实例展示了系统在实际中的应用。

Abstract: Managing the exception events is crucial for supply chain to make sure the system running normally. In order to immediately find the exception events in the business processes, collaboratively resolve them in time, and be rapidly-responsive and more competitive in the collaborative, changeful business environment, a solution model of Supply Chain Exception Management System was put forward to focus on controlling exceptions of the critical points in the business processes. Correspondingly, a framework based on quantitified performance index was constructed to integrat process, information and person, and a configurable, extensible software architecture was constructed. This system was demonstrated through a process example for exception management.
