摘要: SERCOS接口是用于数控系统和数字式伺服驱动器之间通信的唯一国际标准,目前已经在世界范围内得到广泛应用;而SoftSERCANS是SERCOS接口的软件进化。概述了SERCOS接口的产生背景、发展过程及应用特点;分析了SoftSERCANS的通讯机理和工作过程;阐明了SoftSERCANS的实时性,并结合自行开发的开放式全数字三轴数控铣床介绍了SoftSERCANS在数控领域的具体应用;最后,指出了SoftSERCANS技术的应用前景及对数控市场的重大影响。SoftSERCANS技术的应用,不仅提升数控技术,还有可能改变数控系统的生产方式,进而改变数控系统的市场现状。

Abstract: The Serial Real-time Communications Standard (SERCOS) interface protocol is the unique international standard applied to numerical controls and drivers, and it has been widely used worldwide. SoftSERCSANS is a type of SERCOS interface evolution, which abstracts the interface at the software level. An overview of background, development and application characteristics of SERCOS communication interface protocol were provided. Working principles and communication phases of the SoftSERCANS were analyzed. Implementation of a numerical controlled open architecture CNC system for a three-axis milling machine based on the SoftSERCANS was discussed. And the outlook for the application of the SoftSERCANS and the impact of this application on CNC market were described. Application of SoftSERCANS will not only improve numerical control technologies but also change production modes of numerical control systems, which will directly lead to market change in this area.
