摘要: 研究了多供应商、多生产厂和多分销中心供应链系统协同计划的优化问题。以供应链成本和运行时间平衡优化为目标,根据问题的特点,采用遗传算法的三维数组编码方式,并通过基因段交配和基因移位变异相结合的方法求解供应链协同计划。用参数设置模拟各种工程应用的实际情况,帮助企业权衡产品成本和客户响应时间的关系,尤其对按订单生产的制造企业具有重要的指导意义,使该类企业面对客户的交货期与价格要求作出正确响应。

Abstract: Optimization problem of supply chain collaborative planning about multi-suppliers、multi manufacturers and multi distribution centers was studied. The model was aimed to balance the costs and customers responding time of the supply chain system, and the weights were set to balance the performances according to the production policy. Three-dimension-array coding of genetic algorithm was adopted, together with gene segment cross and gene shift mutation to optimize supply chain costs and time synthetically. To simulate its applications by setting parameters, this model also helped enterprises trade-off between products costs and customers responding time, which was especially significant to made-to-order manufacture enterprises, impelling them respond correctly to lead times and prices of products submitted by customers.
