摘要: 简要介绍了可重构制造系统和通用串行总线规范,详细论证了数控系统主机与各功能模块之间通过通用串行总线实现通讯、构成新型的可重构数控系统,阐明了开发通用串行总线外设的两种方法,通过一个基于通用串行总线的可重构数控系统原型研究,证明了其方案的可行性。

Abstract: Reconfigurable manufacturing system and Universal Serial Bus (USB) specification were introduced briefly. The communication between the host and the different functional modules in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) system was discussed, and the framework of a new type of reconfigurable CNC system based on USB was presented. Two ways to develop the USB peripheral were also analyzed. An prototype of reconfigurable CNC system based on USB was provided to test its feasibility.
