摘要: 为充分共享和应用广域环境下由供应商及其合作伙伴提供的信息与服务,以协同完成设备远程服务与故障诊断任务,提出应用网格技术基于开放式框架结构、通用的标准和规范以及在解决分布式、并行服务、计算和分析领域方面的特长,构建远程故障诊断系统,把广域分布的专家知识、检测设备、分析软件和设备信息等定义为服务资源,并以资源节点的形式表现。阐述了资源节点的建设、管理以及作用策略与机制,进而指出资源节点的组织和优化调度是系统有效作用的关键,结合一个约束条件下多目标决策过程模型,详细阐述了解决该问题的数学规划过程,通过具体实例验证了该算法的可行性。

Abstract: In order to share and apply information and service provided by suppliers and co-operation partners in wide area environment, and to finish the task of equipment remote service and fault diagnosis, grid technique was applied to construct remote fault diagnosis system, which was characterized by open framework, general standard and norm, and the special features in the way of distributional and parallel calculation and analysis. In the system, expert knowledge, checkout equipment, analysis software, equipment information, etc in wide area environment were defined as service resources, and expressed in the form of resource nodes. The development, management, action strategy and mechanism of resource nodes were elaborated, and then it was pointed out that the organization and optimization dispatch of resource nodes was the key of the system realization. Combined with multipurpose decision-making process model under the constraint condition, the mathematical planning procedure was expanded to solve this question in detail, and the feasibility of the algorithm was verified by a real instance.
