摘要: 为了更有效地进行虚拟企业工程更改控制,必须对虚拟企业内涉及到的工程更改控制问题进行研究。在分析虚拟企业更改控制特点的基础上,研究了跨企业间更改建议的发起与协商机制,给出了虚拟企业进行工程更改应遵循的原则,提出了虚拟企业进行工程更改的集成框架模型。对于工程更改影响的自动分析,提出了基于产品结构配置和DMU技术的自动分析的原理、方法,并对各种更改类型分析方法进行了论证。最后通过具体实例进行了验证。

Abstract: Research on engineering change control (ECC) in a virtual enterprise (VE) should be performed in order to achieve more effective results. The mechanism of initiation and negotiation of change proposal among the VE was investigated, the principle for ECC in the VE was provided, and an integrated framework model for ECC was proposed. The automatic analysis principal, methods based on product structural configuration and digital mock-up (DMU) technology were presented with regard to the Engineering Change (EC) impact. The analysis technology for various EC types was described in detail. Finally, some actual examples were successfully implemented.
