摘要: 为了有效地集成自动化制造车间中数控机床、机器人、自动导向小车等智能设备,进行控 制实体与智能设备之间的合理通信设计是十分必要的。在描述制造报文规范(MMS)和CORBA分布式 技术的基础上,提出了制造自动化通讯系统的设计方法。构建了基于CORBA-MMS的自动化制造控制 系统通讯系统结构,并对建立在此通讯结构基础上的自动化制造控制系统中控制实体的通讯接口进 行了设计。此设计方法在无锡职业学院的单元自动化控制系统中得到了验证。

Abstract: In order to efficiently integrate intelligent equipments such as Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine tools, robots and automated guide vehicles in Automated Manufacture Systems (AMSs), design of reliable communication among various control entities and intelligent equipments was necessary for AMS. Based on describing distributed object technologies of Manufacture Message Specification (MMS) and Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA), a design method of communication system for AMSs was presented. Firstly, an overall architecture of communication system in automated manufacture control system based on CORBA-MMS was constructed. The communication interfaces among control entities were designed by following MMS standards and CORBA IDL specification. Finally, the proposed method has been validated in the flexible manufacture workshop at the Wuxi professional Institute.
