摘要: 为适应流程企业对现场设备管理的新要求,提出了基于多Agent技术构筑动态设备管理业务系统。作为现场生产设备预知维护体系的顶层部分,动态设备管理业务系统通过设备Agent的即插即用实现了可重构,从而适应了企业组织结构和设备管理体制动态变化的需要。设备Agent基于软件组件进行开发,通过说明性的属性配置实现了自身调整。基于多Agent技术的动态设备管理业务模型,为流程企业的设备管理提出了建设性的意见。

Abstract: To meet the forthcoming requirements of equipment management for modern process industry, Dynamic Equipment Management Information System (DEMIS) was proposed based on multi-agent system. As the "brain" of the architecture of predictive maintenance, by "plug and play" of the built equipment agents DEMIS could achieve dynamic reconfiguration. Equipment agent was constructed based on software component. Easy and prompt adjustments on the structure and function of equipment agent could be achieved by declarative attributes configuration. The developed model of DEMIS could present constructive instructions to equipment management for modern process enterprises.
