摘要: 针对具有综合复杂性的城市污水处理过程自动化程度低、运行成本高的问题,提出了实现 污水处理达标率、污水处理量和污水处理成本等综合生产指标优化的综合自动化系统,讨论了由污 水处理过程制造执行系统和过程控制系统两层结构组成的污水处理过程综合自动化系统的体系结构 、功能和以污水处理达标率为目标的优化控制策略。该系统已成功应用于沈阳某污水处理厂,实现 了污水处理过程的优化控制、优化运行和优化管理,取得了显著的应用成效。

Abstract: Wastewater treatment is a very complicated process due to its highly nonlinear, seriously coupled, higher order, time-varying and frequent variations of operating conditions. The integrated automation system was developed to overcome the problems of high production cost and low removal efficiencies in wastewater treatment plant because of low automation level in China. It has realized the optimization of overall production index including capacity, effluent quality and operation cost. The structure consisted of two layers: Manufacturing Execute System (MES) and Process Control System (PCS). Functions and control strategies of the system were also discussed. The proposed system has been successfully applied to a wastewater treatment plant in Shenyang City and has realized optimal control, operation and management.
