有限产能和库存的生产批量与双模式维护联合优化

摘要: 由于制造系统中设备随生产活动的进行而逐渐劣化,其可靠性及产品质量随之降低。选择合理的时机对设备进行预防维护不但可保证产品质量、降低生产费用,还可避免因设备故障而造成损失。针对多周期、多产品种类、多设备并联的生产系统,提出基于设备劣化率的保养维护和预防维护双维护模式,并以产能和库存约束、生产启动费用、生产费用、库存持有费用、缺货费用、维护费用为决策依据,对周期性生产批量和非周期性维护计划进行联合建模。在此基础上,设计了任务单元规划和多邻域下降复合算法,以实现对模型的高效近似求解。最后,通过求解大量算例,验证了模型和算法的有效性,并对实验结果进行了分析。

Abstract: Owing to the equipments deteriorate along with the production activities in the manufacturing system,its reliability and product quality decrease accordingly.Maintaining the equipment at an appropriate time can not only guarantee the product quality,reduce the production cost,but also avoid the loss caused by equipment failure.A dual maintenance mode of corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance was proposed based on the equipment deterioration rate for a parallel production system with multiple periods,product types and machines.A joint model of periodic production batch and a periodic maintenance planning was carried out based on the production and inventory capacity,setup cost,production cost,storage cost,shortage cost and maintenance cost.Then,a task unit planning based hybrid heuristic algorithm was designed to solve the model efficiently.The validity of the model and algorithm was verified based on extensive instances,and the experimental results were analyzed.
