摘要: 分析了产品生命周期中影响零部件交互性的一系列因素。基于相似性特征给出了一种对产品族进行模块化与核心平台并行优化设计的方法。运用模拟退火算法得到了最终的产品族布局设计方案,并且从产品的生产成本角度与传统设计方法进行了比较。最后结合一种典型的机电产品,验证了文中提出方法的合理性和有效性,为面向大规模定制的产品设计理论提供了另一种数值计算和评价方法。

Abstract: A series of relevant factors affecting interactions among components in product lifecycle were initially analyzed. Afterwards, a systematic method based on similarity characteristics was proposed. The method was used to carry out the concurrent optimization of modularization and kernel platform design of product family. In addition, the simulated algorithm technique was applied to achieve ultimate product family allocation scheme and the proposed method was compared with traditional design method from the production costs viewpoint. Combining with an illustrative case of air-conditioner, the approach proposed was demonstrated to come up with the optimal layout of product family rationally and effectively. It also has brought about a new numerical computing& evaluation method for product design theory of mass customization.
