摘要: 通常的产品配置器在交互配置中产生冲突而使配置不能进行下去时,无法向用户提供对冲突的解释及相应的消除冲突的方法。本文将基于模型的诊断理论映射到交互产品配置中,能够准确求解出消除和解释配置冲突的诊断,同时提出了两种最优诊断的计算方法,能协助用户在消除配置冲突的过程中作出合理的决策,最后进行了解决配置冲突的仿真实验,验证了使用基于模型的诊断理论及所提出的两种最优诊断计算方法能够合理有效地消除配置冲突。

Abstract: When a conflict happened in the interactive configuration procedure to halt the configuration process, common product configurator could not afford the explanation of the emerged conflict and the method to eliminate the conflict. A Model Based Diagnosis (MBD) theory was mapped into the interactive product configuration and the mapped MBD was used to calculate the diagnosis or explanation for solving the generated configuration conflict. Then two calculation algorithms for optimal diagnosis were presented. A simulation of MBD-based configuration conflict solving was performed at last.
