摘要: 为了解决6轴数控纤维缠绕机规模生产、分散加工时的生产管理效率低下问题,提出了采用基于网络的远程监控系统。系统采用客户机/服务器体系结构,实现端对端的直接控制,具有很好的实时性。系统设计采用模块化软件设计思想:服务器端包括3个模块:通讯、加工控制和客户管理模块。客户端采用微软的ActiveX控件技术,包括通讯、控制和状态显示模块。另外,为了解决系统运行过程中多客户访问所带来的稳定性和安全问题,提出了控制权分配、多客户管理、客户连接以及服务器负载等多种策略,保证了系统的可靠性和扩展性。

Abstract: In order to solve low efficiency problem occurred in production by using six-axis filament winding machine, a kind of remote monitor & control system based on web was proposed. Architecture of the proposed system adopted client/server mode to realize point-to-point control and well real-time performance was available. Module design thoughts were introduced in the systems software design. There were three modules in server: communication module, machining control module and client management module. And in client communication module, control module and display module were included, in which ActiveX technology of Microsoft was applied. In addition, to solve stability and security problems appeared when more than one client access the server, authority allocation strategy, multi-client management strategy, client accessing strategy and peak load strategy were put forward to guarantee reliability and expansibility of the system.
