摘要: 为了解决拖挂房车驾驶过程中预判失误引起的底盘结构失效问题,提出一种面向数字孪生和神经网络的底盘结构安全监测方法。首先应用数字孪生技术构建拖挂房车的五维数字孪生模型,以整车质量、重心位置和加速度为变量,以底盘的应力分布和失效状态为预测目标,针对紧急制动、紧急转向和紧急制动转向工况建立结构仿真数据集。通过BP神经网络回归训练与置信度校验,对底盘结构性能进行实时监测和行驶安全状态评估。数值实验表明,该监测方法具有实时性以及较高的准确率与召回率,能够为拖挂房车的安全使用与优化设计提供支持。

Abstract: To solve the problem of chassis structure failure caused by prejudgment error in the driving process of trailer caravans,a chassis structure safety monitoring method based on digital twin and neural network was proposed.The five-dimensional digital twin model of the trailer caravan was constructed using digital twin technology.The vehicle mass,gravity position center and acceleration were taken as the variables,and the stress distribution and failure state of the chassis were taken as the prediction goals to establish a structural simulation data for emergencybraking,emergency steering and emergency braking and steering conditions.Through BP neural network regression training and confidence verification,the real-time monitoring of chassis structure performance and driving safety status assessment were realized.Numerical experiments showed that the proposed method had real-time with high accuracy and recall rate,which could support the safe use and optimal design of trailer caravans.
