摘要: 针对当前以市场和客户需求为导向的批量生产订单需求数量的波动性、系统运行的连续性和产品质量稳定性等特点下的设备维护问题,提出了基于动态需求的多部件批量生产系统的视情维护策略模型。首先,利用Weibull分布描述各部件的故障率水平,引入故障率加速因子和役龄减少因子说明不完美维护的特性。其次,利用最小维护成本率确定各部件的初始预防维护时间点和时间间隔,并定义维护成本—时间比率函数评估预防性维护的经济性。再次,基于以批量为周期滚动更新的生产计划,以提前延后维护成本节约值为依据对各部件预防维护时间点进行动态调整,并在此基础上建立多部件机会维护模型。最后,通过算例验证了所提多部件批量生产系统视情维护策略模型的有效性。

Abstract: In view of the current market and customer demand-oriented batch production orders,a condition-based maintenance strategy model of multi-component batch production system based on dynamic demand was proposed.The failure rate level was described by Weibull distribution,and the factors of failure rate acceleration and service age reduction were introduced to describe the characteristics of imperfect maintenance.The minimum maintenance cost rate was used to determine the initial preventive maintenance time and maintenance time interval of each component.Based on the current production plan with batches as the periodic rolling update,the preventive maintenance was dynamically adjusted according to the value of the advance maintenance and delay maintenance cost,and the maintenance cost-time ratio function was defined to evaluate the economics of the preventive maintenance.An opportunity maintenance model was established to reduce the number of batch production interruptions and reduce the total cost.An example was used to verify the effectiveness of the condition-based maintenance model of the multi-component production system proposed,which could bring significant economic benefits to a batch production system with dynamic demand.
