Abstract: In order to realize concurrent and information integration of production,according to the characteristics of military enterprise, the theory and modeling method of organizing production process preparation based on workflow was studied, and the process model, organization model and task model for production process preparation were set up. A data model supporting the customized workflow and process model automation was established, so that the automatic control of production process preparation was realized. The function structure, architecture and realizing flow of process preparation management information system were all designed. A product process management system was developed by Delphi 6 software,which improves the control capability of process preparation and shortens the period of production technical preparation.
