摘要: 针对知识化制造系统中的任务控制问题,提出状态跃迁系统的概念,并以此来分析带故障并具有不确定因素的知识化制造单元。提出了对随机事件概率分布参数进行自学习的方法,把知识化制造单元中的不确定因素纳入任务控制的数学模型。结合一致化技术和随机动态规划的方法,得到了知识化制造单元的最优任务控制策略。仿真结果表明,在不同的初始状态下,目标函数均稳定在一定范围内,说明所提出的控制策略是可行的。此外,将该控制策略与随机控制原则和最大值控制原则两种方法进行比较,在该控制策略下的目标函数明显低于用另外两种方法得到的目标函数,说明此控制策略是有效的。

Abstract: A concept of the state transition system was proposed to solve the task control problems existing in the knowledgeable manufacturing system, which was used to analyze an unreliable knowledgeable manufacturing cell with uncertain factors. The uncertain factors of the knowledgeable manufacturing cell were included in the task control model by utilizing a self-study method of probability distribution parameters of stochastic events. The optimal task control strategy of manufacturing cell was obtained by the combination of the uniform technology and the stochastic dynamic programming. The simulation results indicated that the objective function could be stabilized in a certain range for different initial conditions, which verified the feasibility of the presented control strategy. In addition, compared to the random control and maximum control principles, the objective function value of the proposed control strategy was obviously lower, which testifies the validity of the control strategy.
