摘要: 针对当前一些过程建模方法中存在的不足,提出了一种以IDEF3为基础的过程建模方法,并详细阐述了以过程为线索的信息收集、信息提取和信息处理方法,以满足过程分析的需要;对IDEF3进行必要的扩充,以完善其对经营过程的描述能力;管理所建立的大量模型,以使整个建模工作更加高效、灵活。最后简要介绍了采用这种建模方法的过程建模工具软件EasyIDEF3。

Abstract: After explaining the basic requirements of process modeling, the paper points out the deficiencies of current methods, which are the redundancy of information collection and the lack of information connection. The IDEF3-based process modeling method is proposed to solve the problems. In the method, the process is described with extended IDEF3, and the correlative information, such as data, resource, and organization, is attached to activities. Within the method, process modeling is more effective and flexible, and models are more applicable for analysis. At last, the software tool of EasyIDEF3, supporting the method, is brieflyintroduced.
