摘要: 探讨了基于知识的方法在注塑模具DFx系统中的重要性。分析了当前应用基于知识方法所存在的困难,为此,提出了一个对象-规则元模型,并研究了其中的关键组成元素。在此基础上,针对各领域具体要求,在模型中集成了事例推理、神经网络和黑板推理等智能技术,用于知识的表示和学习,提高了系统解决问题的适应性和灵活性。应用结果表明,该系统能够有效减少模具修改次数,提高模具的设计效率。

Abstract: Through the discussion of importance in knowledge-based injection mold Design for x (DFx) system modeling and the difficulty analysis in current application of knowledge-based approach, an object-rule modeling method, which was used for injection mold DFx system knowledge processing, was put forward. Based on this model, intelligent technologies such as case reasoning, neural network and blackboard reasoning were integrated to deal with specific requirements from different fields. These technologies were used in knowledge representation and learning to improve system’s adaptation and flexibility. Application results indicated that the proposed model have effectively reduced modification and greatly improved mold design efficiency.
