摘要: 为构建基于代理的可重构制造执行系统,将重构划分为实体重构和实体关系重构,提出了基于代理模型、角色模型和特征模型实现重构的方法,建立了基于代理模型、角色模型和特征模型的可重构制造执行系统,并通过工序任务外协实例说明了如何用上述方法实现重构。

Abstract: To construct an Agent-based Reconfigurable Manufacturing Execution Systems (ARMES), the system reconfiguration was analyzed and two reconfiguration patterns were put forward: entity reconfiguration and entity-relationship reconfiguration. An ARC-model-based (Agent Model, Role Model and Characteristic Model) method for realizing this kind of reconfiguration and a corresponding ARMES prototype were proposed. A production stage task collaboration example was then provided to illustrate how to achieve reconfiguration using the mentioned method.
