摘要: 为满足e-制造技术对工艺规划和工序分配的新需求,在制造设备e-化的基础上,提出了一种面向e-制造的动态工艺规划与工序分配的集成方法和Capplet集成模型。该集成模型通过Java解决方案和动态Web页面两种方式实现。在基于遗传算法的工序分配与工艺规划的并行交互机制下,基于甘特图的协同工序分配方法为动态工序分配提供了一种新的解决途径。Capplet集成模型与e-制造实时加工调度的无缝集成,为e-制造的生产准备奠定了基础。

Abstract: To satisfy new requirements from process planning and allocation in E-manufacturing, based on an E-formalization scheme of manufacturing equipments, a new integrated method and its corresponding logic programming model for dynamic process planning and allocation were put forward. The model was called Capplet, and it could be implemented both by Java programs and dynamic Web pages. Supported by the parallel interaction between GA-based process allocation and variant process planning, Gantt-based collaborative process adjustment method provided a new solution for dynamic process allocation. Finally, the seamless integration between Capplet and real-time scheduling laid a foundation for manufacturing preparation in E-manufacturing.
