摘要: 企业业务过程的分析评价是实施企业业务过程重组的重要环节,它能够发现已有业务流程中存在的瓶颈、死锁及其他不合理现象,还可以验证新的过程设计方案的可行性和有效性。为此,提出了一个符合我国企业状况的企业业务过程评价体系,明确定义了业务过程静态分析和动态分析包含的内容,以及用于动态分析的量化指标。同时,还讨论了参照评价体系,以及采用工作流技术来分析业务过程的静态特征和动态行为的具体方法。

Abstract: Evaluation and analysis of business process is an important part of Business Process Reengineering. It can detect bottleneck, deadlock, and other incorrect facts in processes, as well as validate the feasibility and validity of process re-design. In this paper, a suitable enterprise business process evaluation system is proposed. It defines what should be evaluated when analyzing static description and dynamic behavior of business process. Measurable indicators that represent the behavior of process are given also. And then how to use workflow management technology to analyze business process according to the evaluation system is discussed. At last a self-made dynamic analyzing tool Workflow Simulator is briefly introduced.
