摘要: 将质量系统划分为质量流程层、各质量活动层、企业的资源层等三个层次,通过各质量活动的自主、动态合作所形成的质量流程来满足顾客需求。通过在顾客质量要求和企业资源间搭建质量活动这个“中间层”,实现顾客需求到各质量活动、各质量活动到企业资源之间的合理映射。最后论述了在质量流程形成、消失的过程中,质量流程决策的基本框架。

Abstract: The quality system is divided into three levels, i.e., quality flow, quality activities, and enterprise resources. The customer's requirements are satisfied through the quality flow formed by the self-determination and cooperation among quality activities. By building the middle quality activities level, the reasonable mapping from the customer's requirements to each activity and the mapping from each activity to the enterprise's resources are realized. During the forming and disappearing of the quality flow satisfied with customer requirements, the decisions on the quality flow are put forward and the basic decision frame is described.
