摘要: 为了满足客户对微型电声产品的个性化需求,提高企业产品的设计效率,提出一种面向大批量定制生产、结合配置设计技术和基于实例检索技术的产品设计方法。该方法将产品设计过程分为两个阶段,首先采用基于规则的配置技术,从企业产品的通用产品结构模型按照客户要求配置出新产品结构,然后应用基于实例检索技术从产品实例库中搜索出相似的产品供用户做变型设计参考。阐述了该方法的核心概念和原理,给出了对象模型以及算法流程。与传统的设计方法相比,该技术能有效地缩短产品开发周期,满足企业大批量定制生产的需要。最后,介绍了该技术在某微型电声企业的产品创新设计系统中的应用。

Abstract: To satisfy the personalized requirements for micro-electroacoustic products and improve the efficiency of product design, a hybrid configuration approach was proposed which integrated Case Based Retrieval method with Rule-based product configuration design and oriented to mass customization. The design process mainly consisted of two phases. In the first phase, based on a generic product structure model, a rule-based configuration arithmetic engine was used to configure a new product structure according to users requirements. Then, a similarity-based case match method was applied to find an existing product case to match the customers demand for reference. Key concepts and principles of the proposed method were explained, and the object model and arithmetic process were also provided. Compared with the traditional design method, the product development cycle could be dramatically reduced and meet the requirement of mass customization of enterprises. Finally application of the proposed method in an innovative design of the product of an electroacoustic enterprise was given.
