Abstract: Because of instability of customer requirements, predefined lot size and lead-time of each kind of material in the Enterprise Resource Plan (ERP) system probably could not match the requirements which resulted that the schedule generated by traditional Material Requirement Planning (MRP) algorithm could not tally with actual situation of enterprises. Two new MRP algorithms of dynamic adjustments on the lot size and the lead-time based on daily output were proposed. Through comparison between proposed algorithms with the traditional MRP algorithm, advantages of the new algorithms were proved under requirement fluctuation.
