Configurable knowledge component technology oriented to product design tasks

面向产品设计任务的可配置知识组件技术

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that accumulated knowledge in product development process could not service the process rapidly, the knowledge component method was introduced and integration methodology based on file was used to construct knowledge component. To reduce the coupling between knowledge component and external task as well as different objects of internal knowledge component, the concept of configurable knowledge component was proposed further. The whole architecture of configurable knowledge component was constructed, and the meta model of it's three internal objects such as inpur parameters, form and output parameters was built. Meanwhile, the operation mechanism of configurable knowledge component was studied. Configurable knowledge component provided an effective way to integrate parameter, experience and rules in loose coupling mode, thus it could be applied to different design process. The calculation process of engine's air filter development was taken as an example to illustrate the construction, operation and renewal process of configurable knowledge component.

摘要: 针对产品设计过程中已积累的知识不能快速服务产品设计过程的问题,引入知识组件技术并采用基于文件的过程集成方法来封装知识组件,研究了知识组件的运行过程。为降低知识组件与外部系统间以及知识组件内部对象间的耦合性,进一步提出可配置知识组件的概念。构建了可配置知识组件的整体结构,建立了其中输入参数、模板、输出参数等三类对象的元模型,研究了可配置知识组件的运行机制。可配置知识组件能够以松耦合的方式将参数、经验、规则和模板等组合在一起,快速应用于不同的设计过程。以发动机零部件空气滤清器细滤设计阶段的计算过程为例,说明了可配置知识组件的构建、运行和更新过程。
