考虑产品阶段需求特征的动态供应链网络优化

Abstract: To construct the reasonable supply chain network of perishable electronic products, the product life cycle was merged into network design in stages and did overall optimization based on dynamic characteristics of demand. It took stage respond time as equation of transfer according to stage market demand properties. The 0-1 mixed integer optimization model with the optimization goal of maximum profit throughout life-cycle was established under constraint conditions. By using lingo9.0 software to design programmed algorithm, thus the optimization project was obtained. Through the practical data from simulations and comparison, the validity and practicability of optimization model was indicated. It provided theoretical suppor for the network design of supply chain.

摘要: 为构建合理的易逝性电子产品供应链网络,将易逝性电子产品生命周期阶段性融入到网络设计中并进行动态需求特征下的整体优化,即针对不同阶段电子产品市场需求特征以阶段响应时间为转移方程,建立了在一定约束条件下使产品整个生命周期内盈利最大的0-1混合整数规划模型,并利用Lingo 9.0软件设计算法程序求解得到优化方案。通过实际数据的仿真计算和分析比较表明了模型的有效性和实用性,为易逝性电子产品动态供应链网络设计提供理论支持。
