Cloud manufacturing oriented cloud simulation supporting framework and its application process model

面向云制造的云仿真支撑框架及应用过程模型

Abstract: Aiming at the requirements such as rapid deployment and construction of large scale simulation system and getting stable simulation service according to need in complex application, a co-simulation supporting framework was proposed, especially the 16 core services such as modeling, system development and construction, simulation execution, and result analysis as well as evaluation were researched. The key technology of cloud simulation resource management was also conquered. The proposed framework was integrated into FEDEP and local adjustment was made. To promote the automation of simulation application process, the sharing and agile using of simulation resource, the sustained and stable simulation service getting on demand, and the high efficient collaboration for two types, an Application Process of Co-Simulation (APCS) model was proposed. Typical application case was given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of co-simulation framework and APCS model.

摘要: 针对云制造环境中的复杂应用对大规模仿真系统快速部署和构建、按需获取持续稳定仿真服务等的迫切需求,提出云仿真中的协同仿真支撑系统框架,特别是涵盖了建模、系统开发与构建、仿真运行、结果分析与评估等过程的16项核心服务,并攻克了云仿真资源管理关键技术;将上述支撑框架集成到FEDEP并对其加以局部调整,提出协同仿真应用过程模型以促进仿真应用过程自动化、仿真资源共享和敏捷使用、按需获取持续稳定仿真服务以及两种类型的高效协同。通过典型的应用案例,初步验证了云仿真环境中协同仿真支撑框架及应用过程模型的可行性和有效性。
