Computer aided fixture design oriented modified design algorithm for fixture locating scheme

面向计算机辅助夹具设计的修订式定位方案设计算法

Abstract: To improve the design efficiency of fixture locating scheme, a modified design algorithm was created to plan the selected locating scheme. According to theoretical condition and process condition of locating correctness, three unreasonable locating schemes'modified algorithm was included in the propoed method, and three typical examples were used to illustrate the application process of modified design algorithm. Owing to the modified design method only concerned normal vector information of locating points, it was applied to analyze and design the locating scheme for complex workpieces.

摘要: 为提高夹具定位的设计效率,建立了定位方案的修订式设计算法。根据定位正确性的理论条件和工艺条件,修订式定位方案的设计方法涵盖了三种不合理定位方案的修订算法,并利用三个典型实例详细说明了修订式设计方法的应用过程。该修订式设计方法仅涉及到工件定位点处的法向量信息,适用于复杂形状工件的定位方案分析和设计。
