Abstract: To realize design environment of component perception, assist option and dimension-driven as well as self-assembly, a design reasoning method based on intelligent fixture components was proposed. The workpiece ontology was generated on the basis of fixture layout design accomplishment, and the intelligent flexible fixture component selection was reasoned according to the ontology. Option rules of basic components, supporting components, holding components and positioning components were presented. The intelligent component's dimensions were driven by position relationships of workpiece functional features and matching features between component functions and components. Components'relationship was reasoned out and components'automatic assembly was realized through predefined assembly mode. The effectiveness of intelligent fixture components in design process was verified by flexible fixture design system.

摘要: 为实现柔性夹具设计过程中的元件感知设计环境,辅助工艺员选件、尺寸驱动与自主装配,提出基于智能夹具元件的设计推理方法。在夹具布局设计完成的基础上生成工件本体,以工件本体模型推理智能柔性夹具元件选择,给出基础元件、支撑元件、定位元件与夹持元件的选件规则。利用工件功能特征与元件功能特征、元件之间的配合特征位置关系驱动智能元件的尺寸规格。利用预定义的装配模式推理元件配合关系,并实现元件之间的自动装配。通过开发柔性夹具设计系统,验证了智能夹具元件在设计过程中的有效性。
