Abstract: Aiming at the disruptions existing in project scheduling, the types of disruptions and recovery strategies were described and analyzed, and resource-constrained project scheduling model based on disruption management was set up. Combined with design structure matrix, an improved local searching algorithm was proposed to solve the disruption problems. A certain numerical project scheduling example was given to demonstrate the implementation steps and process of proposed model. In addition, relevant influencing factors were discussed and analyzed. The results showed the validity and practicality of proposed model and method.

摘要： 针对项目调度过程中经常出现的干扰情况，首先对其类型与干扰恢复策略进行描述和分析，并建立多因素干扰的项目调度模型；然后结合设计结构矩阵，提出一种改进的局部搜索算法求解该问题；最后引入某数值项目调度实例详细阐述了该模型与方法的实施过程，并对相关影响因素进行了分析与讨论，计算结果表明了所提模型与方法的实用性和有效性。
